Hits and misses . . . there’s no mistaking this sure miss. Can this flan be saved? For presentation’s sake, little hope rests in recovering the flan. Can it still be eaten? Around here, of course. Part of it has already been enjoyed at the time of this posting. Looks really aren’t everything. The flan still delivers, despite disappointment.

The caramel sauce on top is the best part. And you got it plenty saucy! I’d love it.

I truely hate it when such things happen .. but after all .. the most important thing is the taste
