Can this flan be saved?

Hits and misses . . . there’s no mistaking this sure miss. Can this flan be saved? For presentation’s sake, little hope rests in recovering the flan.  Can it still be eaten? Around here, of course. Part of it has already been enjoyed at the time of this posting. Looks really aren’t everything.  The flan still delivers, despite disappointment.

Still tastes like flan

  1. The caramel sauce on top is the best part. And you got it plenty saucy! I’d love it.

We salvaged this flan. Plating makes all the difference!

  3. I truely hate it when such things happen .. but after all .. the most important thing is the taste 😉 … and this looks delicious with alot of caramel sauce … Laila ..

Perhaps it could have been worse. Thanks, Laila.
